Jason Lantier, MA, MBA, L-BCBA
Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Jason Lantier is a licensed behavior analyst since 2009 & an entrepreneur with expertise in the treatment of Autism & other cognitive diagnoses. Jason holds a graduate degree in Psychology with a specialization in behavior analysis, along with business administration, specializing in Healthcare/organizational management. He has worked with a wide range of clients – from individuals ranging from the mildly–delayed, profoundly impaired to the emotionally challenged population within schools, hospitals, private homes, and residential treatment facilities. Jason has diverse experience, enabling individuals with autism to lead independent lives, along with the ability to design organizational systems and the training protocol required to accomplish this.
Jason Lantier Co–founded Path 2 Potential, LLC (P2P) in 2017. Under his leadership, P2P is becoming one of the fastest-growing (privately–owned) ABA–companies in the New York region and one of the most experienced organizations in effectively treating individuals affected by autism spectrum disorder using the principles and procedures of applied behavior analysis (ABA). Prior to this Jason Lantier was also a co–founder of LUV MICHAEL; A food–manufacturing company designed to create employment opportunities for adults with an autism diagnosis. Jason sold his portion of the equity in this company to start Path 2 Potential, where he can accomplish his mission to provide the highest quality of care in an industry with tremendous demand.
Angelina Acevedo
Co- Founder & Chief Operating Officer
Angelina Acevedo is the Co-Founder and COO of Path 2 Potential with over 20 years of Experience working in the Administration, Education, and Operations field. Angelina comes with extensive experience in leadership positions where she has designed educational programs as well as implemented strategic initiatives and operational procedures in one of the country’s leading organizations in the world for ABA therapy for over 7 years as the operations manager at “The Center for Autism and Related Disorders”, in which she spearheaded the growth of the New York Region and implemented new policies and procedures and managed over 55 therapists and 15 Clinical Supervisors. Her passion for helping children with autism and her ability to develop procedures to ensure quality therapy was the segway to her starting Path 2 Potential.
Jessica Jaruczyk
Clinical Supervisor
Jessica Jaruczyk is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with over 20 years of experience working in education. She holds a master’s degree in General and Special Education and a second master’s degree in Educational Administration. She holds three teaching licenses as well as a Supervisor and Principal license. She has worked within the public and private sector in General Education & Special Education programs within the New York and New Jersey School Districts. In addition, Jessica has extensive experience in the supervision of ABA-based home services. Jessica has expertise in the supervision of teaching and clinical staff, along with the training/clinical management needed to ensure success across home and school. She has brought ABA strategies into the school setting, helping teachers understand and implement behavioral approaches, trained, and utilized data & performance-based feedback to validate the effectiveness of her approach. By using these empirically validated ABA-based approaches to her training methodology, Jessica has successfully implemented these programs in multiple placements, ranging from General/Special Education schools to private homes as well as not-for-profit organizations. Jessica’s approach, training, dedication, and methodology allow for clear communication amongst team members, allowing for optimal success of all students and their families.
Lupe Gonzalez
Operations Manager
Lupe Gonzalez is currently P2P’s Operation Manager. She has over 24 years of experience in the medical field. Her background in the medical field consists of being a Certified Medical Assistant, Phlebotomist, Physician Liaison, Patient Advocacy, and a Licensed E.M.T. Lupe also has 11 years of experience as a Union Delegate for 1199 Union Health and Hospital League. Currently, Lupe manages over 50 employees. As our Operations Manager, she oversees and improves operational management systems, processes, and best practices. On a personal note, Lupe is a mother of two. Being a mother of a child on the spectrum assists Lupe with identifying the needs of our amazing clients and families where she can empathize with the concerns of our parents and families. Lupe continues to grow and achieve her goals as she continues to set new ones.
Devona Hemphill
Case Manager and Staff Trainer
Devona Hemphill has been treating both children as well as young adults and their families for over 3-years in Applied Behavior Analysis but has over a decade of experience assisting children and young adults develop and reach their potential. Devona began her journey into volunteer work gaining knowledge in providing basic personal/self-care, such as assisting with dressing and grooming patients. Devona has also worked in rehabilitation centers for all ages obtaining additional knowledge in both clinical and operational duties. Devona enjoys spending time with clients engaging in various activities, such as: going to the park, reading books, talking, and playing games. Her strengths are Naturalistic Training, mentoring therapists, and creating platforms within the company like our “Case Manager” role which assists Board Certified Behavior Analysts with the supervision and management of families. During the therapy process, she assists clients in discovering their strengths, building support systems, and developing healthy lifestyles to set the foundation for life’s success. Devona ensures all therapists are unified in terms of their training and individualized approach making certain all sessions are tailored to each client.
Nicole Lantier
Marketing Director
Nicole Lantier studied both Marketing and Psychology at Adelphi University, where she received her Bachelor’s Degree. She took various courses in children and adolescent psychology and took part in internships at locations such as New York City Children’s Center. After graduating from Adelphi, Nicole took on a sales role for a short period of time before realizing her true passion was in events and marketing. Nicole then took on a role in the event marketing department at Fox Broadcasting. During her time at Fox, she planned multiple events such as corporate meetings, holiday parties, employee appreciation events, and client events. While planning these events, the primary goal was to ensure all attendees and clients were happy and their expectations were being met. Currently, Nicole serves as the Marketing Director of Path 2 Potential where she is able to utilize all of these skills and ensure client satisfaction.
