April is Autism Awareness Month, when we celebrate people on the autistic spectrum. During this month, we recognize how wonderful neurodivergent differences can be and how people with autism can achieve great things with a global community of support behind them. This month, many people are Lighting Up Blue, joining advocacy initiatives, and celebrating the people on the autism spectrum that we know. But Autism Awareness Month is bigger than that.
